Wow! Didn’t expect such a heartfelt response from a provider at such a hard loss in time - every part of the journey was met with so much empathy from the call and offer to pick my beautiful boy to every part of the journey including genuinely caring messages throughout - for me last pet cremation I organised via the vet and paid an extra $200 or so for a bag of ashes - these guys genuinely care and I received Miso back in 6 days with a personalised box of ‘goodies’ that made me realise they know what I need - made me cry a lot - not so much for the loss - but the care and understanding of my loss - felt very personalised and I can’t recommend strongly enough - 5 plus plus stars for sure!! (I didn’t show everything in the photos - leaves some surprises)
