What to Do When Your Rabbit Passes at Home
If your rabbit has just passed, there is no need to rush. These are the few things worth doing now.
Take your time
A few quiet minutes or a much longer while are both completely normal. Say goodbye in your own way, at your own pace.
Keep them cool
Wrap your rabbit in a soft cloth and lay them somewhere cool and quiet, out of the sun. This helps, but not indefinitely.

How Rabbit Cremation Works at Everpaw
The cremation itself is the same service we arrange for every companion, whatever their size. Everpaw arranges it through an independent licensed provider and manages your rabbit's service throughout.

Gentle Home Collection
You choose how urgently you need collection when you book. We come to your home or vet clinic, bring a suitable carrier, and take as long as you need.
Private Individual Cremation
Your rabbit is cremated on their own, never alongside another animal, with chain of custody records kept throughout, so the ashes returned to you are only theirs.
Ashes Returned to Your Door
We deliver your rabbit's ashes to your door in person, along with the keepsakes included in your service.
