Every Everpaw service already includes a beautiful keepsake to hold close. For dogs and cats, that's an ink paw print or lock of fur. For birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, and other small pets, we'll work with you to find something just as meaningful. When the time feels right, our additional curated urn collection gives their ashes a resting place as unique as they were.

Pet cremation across the Hills District, suburb by suburb
The Hills is a mix of acreage, leafy established streets, brand new estates and apartments. Here is how collection works in each part of the area, and what helps our team arrive calmly when you need us.
We collect right across the Hills: Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Kellyville, North Kellyville, Rouse Hill, Box Hill, Bella Vista, Norwest, Glenhaven, West Pennant Hills, Cherrybrook, Dural, Kenthurst, Glenorie and Annangrove, along with the streets in between.
Collection runs 7 days a week from 5AM to 9PM. Living on the edge of the Hills? Ring 0482 718 162 and the team can check your street while you are on the phone.
Castle Hill is a mix of family homes, townhouses and apartments around Castle Towers and the Old Northern Road corridor. For an apartment or townhouse, tell us about the intercom, lifts, visitor parking or a quieter side entrance when you book.
We arrive in an unmarked vehicle, and our own team carries your pet from your home, so the collection stays private for you and your neighbours.
Much of Baulkham Hills is established streets off Windsor Road and Old Northern Road, with plenty of sloping blocks and steep driveways. Let us know where you would like us to park and the easiest way to your door.
If your pet has passed at a Baulkham Hills vet clinic, we can collect from the clinic instead of your home.
Kellyville and Rouse Hill combine family homes, newer estates and apartments around the Rouse Hill town centre. If your street is new, give us the nearest established cross street, or send a dropped pin when we confirm your booking.
For apartments near the town centre, building entry and parking details help our team arrive quietly and on time.
Norwest and Bella Vista are home to apartments, townhouses and a number of vet clinics around the business park. We collect from homes here, and from local vet clinics when a pet has passed there.
For apartments, let us know about loading docks, lifts and visitor parking so we can plan a calm collection.
These are some of the newest estates in the Hills, and many streets are still being added to maps and navigation apps.
That way you do not need to wait outside to flag us down.
On acreage and rural roads, tell us about gate codes, where the driveway starts, any dogs or livestock loose on the property, and where you would like us to park.
Bigger dogs are common on larger Hills properties. Our own team carries your pet, so you do not need to move your dog yourself. Just let us know roughly how much they weigh and where they are.
Many homes here sit on sloping blocks with long driveways and private lanes. Tell us the easiest way to your door and where to park, and we will plan the collection around it.
Cherrybrook and West Pennant Hills sit on the Hills and Hornsby boundary. We collect on both sides of it, so the border does not matter.
